EFCA welcomes the Lithuanian Association of Engineering Consulting Companies as a new member

The members of the European Federation of Engineering Consultancy Associations (EFCA) yesterday unanimously approved the admission of the Lithuanian Association of Engineering Consulting Companies (LACC) to the Federation during an extraordinary General Assembly.

LACC’s membership strengthens the representation of Lithuania’s consulting engineering sector at European level and brings a further national perspective to EFCA’s network. The unanimous vote reflects the warm welcome extended by EFCA’s members and their commitment to strengthening cooperation across Europe.

Laisvūnas Bartkevičius, Managing Director of LACC, expressed pride in joining EFCA: “We are delighted to join EFCA and thank its members for their unanimous support. This is an important step for Lithuania’s engineering consultancy sector, giving us a stronger voice in European discussions that shape our industry. We look forward to sharing our experience, learning from fellow associations and contributing to EFCA’s work through its committees and working groups.”

Joining EFCA opens opportunities for LACC to exchange expertise with fellow national associations and contribute to the Federation’s work on the issues shaping the future of consulting engineering. Together, EFCA and its members promote the sector’s role in delivering a sustainable, resilient and competitive built environment, while representing the interests of engineering consultancy firms in European policymaking.

As the sector navigates the green and digital transitions, a changing European market,  along with challenges posed by emerging technologies and geopolitics, collaboration across national borders is increasingly important. Welcoming LACC reinforces EFCA’s commitment to connecting national associations, sharing knowledge and strengthening the collective voice of engineering consultancies across Europe.

EFCA looks forward to working with LACC and warmly welcomes its members to the Federation.
